These Commercial Terms apply to quotes, purchases, subscriptions, and service delivery involving RUFUS products and services.

Quotes, Scope, and Validity

Written quotes are valid for the period indicated in the quote.

Any change in scope, quantities, or delivery requirements may require a revised quote.

Prices are stated in the currency shown in the quote and may exclude taxes, customs, shipping, and third-party charges unless expressly included.

Customer is responsible for applicable taxes and import duties.

Payment conditions are defined in each quote or invoice.

Late payments may result in suspension of services or delayed delivery.

Delivery timelines are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed.

Products and services are deemed accepted unless material issues are reported within the agreed acceptance window.

Support scope and response times depend on the contracted plan.

Subscription services renew according to contracted billing periods unless canceled under agreed conditions.

Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within a reasonable notice period.

Refunds, when applicable, follow the specific commercial agreement or mandatory consumer law.
